Usage of Women's Resting Time Tea mixture:
This lovely drink in autumn and winter we recommend to prepare boiled, in spring and summer soaked for half an hour.
Add 1 teaspoon of tea mixture to a cup of boiled, but no longer boiling water, let it stand for 5-8 minutes, filter and you can drink it.
