What can we do for our health throughout the winter?
Our body comes across with lots of pathogens because of the mild winter. Therefore we may quickly catch a cold or the flu in case we don't keep our whole body prepared.
How can we strengthen our body? I have been walking barefoot even in winter for years, gradually getting my body used to the cold, for instance. It took 3 years for me to tolerate colder and colder temperatures.
I recommend consumption of superfoods for those who don't like to be cold (like many of you don't). These foods contain vitamins and trace elements in an ideal form and combination for our body.
One of my favorite winter foods is honey! 1-2 teaspoons a day is an energy bomb for our body either adding to food/tea or mixing with oily seeds.
Our other basic food is eggs with a wide variety of ways to prepare them: fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, salads or egg puffs.
Echinacea is the primarily recommended herb to prevent and treat diseases.
You can hear about this plant and 4 others on my first online presentation - Waiting for spring! - for which you can buy your ticket here:
